Established in 1894 during the Western Australian gold rush, Gold Estates saw early success by investing heavily in gold mining properties across Kalgoorlie, Coolgardie, Yilgarn and Murchison. As the fortunes of gold rose and fell, the company was restructured in 1903 and pivoted into land development – a crucial decision that has been key to its longevity. Today, Gold Estates is proud to stand as not just one of Australia’s oldest property developers, but one of the most trusted.
