Constellar.
Better together.
A shared commitment to make Constellar better
Introducing THE COMMUNITY COMPACT
-
Constellar isn’t just built for the community – it’s built with the community. In a first-of-its-kind initiative, we’re proud to introduce the Constellar Community Compact, a shared commitment between Richard Noble & Company, Gold Estates, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, local organisations and community groups to work together to make Constellar an inclusive, supportive and vibrant place to live.
This document aims to strengthen the social fabric of the community and nurture a genuine sense of belonging, rooted in strong connections to people, nature and the rich heritage of the Serpentine and Jarrahdale region.

The blueprint
for a brighter
Community
-
Co-designed and continually evolving, the Constellar Community Compact sets the foundation for how residents, stakeholders, and the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale will work together over time to shape a thriving and connected community. Informed by past successes and built around four key pillars – Belonging, Education, Neighbourhood and Cohesion – the document provides a framework for collaboration that aligns community desires with real, measurable action.
Launching THE COMMUNITY COMPACT
In April 2025, the Constellar Community Compact was signed by Richard Noble & Company, Gold Estates, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale and the Byford Secondary College. The occasion marked the beginning of an exciting community initiative that plans to add to the values of the Serpentine-Jarrahdale area and to leave a lasting legacy for the region.
